Botok Tempe


 

Bahan:
200 g tempe, potong dadu
150 g kelapa muda, parut kasar
50 g ebi, seduh air panas, cincang kasar
100 ml santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa
daun pisang untuk membungkus
Bumbu halus:
4 buah cabai merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 cm kencur
2 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang daunnya
1/2 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Aduk semua bahan jadi satu sampai rata
2. Bungkus dengan daun pisang, bentuk tum. Kukus 20 menit sampai matang.
