Bubur Sumsum


 

 

Bahan bubur:
50 g tepung beras
500 ml santan encer
1/4 sdt garam
1 lembar daun pandan

Bahan kuah gula:
75 g gula merah
200 ml air
1/4 sdt garam
1 lembar daun pandan

Cara membuat:
1. Bubur: Campur tepung beras, santan encer, garam, dan daun pandan. Aduk rata. Masak di atas api kecil sambil diaduk hingga mendidih dan mengental. Sisihkan.
2. Kuah gula: Campur gula merah, air, garam, dan daun pandan. Aduk rata. Masak hingga mendidih. Sisihkan.
3. Penyajian: Letakkan bubur di mangkuk saji, siram dengan kuah gula.
