Ca Ikan Kakap Taoge

Bahan:
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1/4 buah bawang bombai, cincang halus
3 sdm saus sambal
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt gula pasir
150 ml air
250 g fillet ikan kakap, potong dadu
100 g taoge
2 buah cabai merah besar, buang bijinya, potong kotak
1/2 sdt air jeruk nipis
minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga harum.
2. Masukkan saus sambal, garam, merica bubuk, dan gula pasir. Aduk rata.
3. Tuang air, didihkan.
4. Masukkan ikan dan taoge, masak hingga semua bahan matang dan air menyusut.
5. Tambahkan cabai merah besar dan air jeruk nipis. Aduk rata.
6. Angkat, sajikan.
