Cobek Kangkung


 

 

Bahan:
150 g tempe, kukus sebentar, hancurkan kasar
1 ikat kangkung, petiki daunnya
2 buah tomat, potong-potong
1 sdt gula merah, sisir halus
200 ml air
4 sdm minyak sayur
Bumbu: (haluskan)
5 buah cabai merah
3 siung bawang putih
8 butir bawang merah
1 potong kencur
1/2 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak sayur, lalu tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum.
2. Masukkan tempe, tambahkan air, tomat, dan gula.
3. Jika air sudah mengering, masukkan kangkung. Aduk rata.
4. Tutup sebentar, angkat. Sajikan hangat.
