Dadar Gulung Coklat


 

 

Bahan:
150 g tepung terigu
20 g coklat bubuk
1/4 sdt garam
450 ml air
80 g susu bubuk coklat
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
1/2 sdm gula pasir
margarin secukupnya

Bahan isi:
200 g kelapa parut kasar
100 g gula pasir
1/4 sdt garam
1 lembar daun pandan
150 ml air
4 buah pisang kepok, kukus, potong dadu

Cara membuat:
1. Isi: Masak kelapa parut, gula pasir, garam, daun pandan, dan air sambil diaduk hingga meresap. Tambahkan pisang kepok. Masak sampai kering, sisihkan.
2. Kulit: Campur tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, garam, susu bubuk coklat, dan gula pasir, aduk rata. Tambahkan telur dan air, aduk rata.
3. Panaskan wajan dadar, olesi dengan sedikit margarin. Buat dadar tipis-tipis sampai adonan habis.
4. Ambil selembar dadar. Beri isi, lipat seperti amplop. Lakukan hingga habis.
5. Sajikan.
