Dadar Gulung


 

 

Bahan kulit:
75 g tepung terigu
1/8 sdt garam
175 ml santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa
25 ml air daun suji (dari 15 lembar daun suji dan 1 lembar daun pandan)
1/2 butir telur, kocok lepas

Bahan isi:
100 g kelapa parut kasar
50 g gula merah, sisir halus
1/8 sdt garam
1 lembar daun pandan, ikat
75 ml air

Cara membuat:
1. Isi: Masak kelapa parut kasar, gula merah, garam, daun pandan, dan air sambil diaduk hingga meresap dan kering. Sisihkan.
2. Kulit: Aduk rata tepung terigu dan garam. Tambahkan campuran santan, air daun suji, dan telur. Aduk rata.
3. Panaskan wajan datar. Tuang adonan kulit. Buat dadar tipis-tipis hingga adonan habis.
4. Ambil selembar dadar. Beri isi. Lipat sisi kiri dan kanan, gulung.
5. Sajikan.
