Es Gabus

Bahan:
50 g tepung hunkwe putih
450 ml santan/susu cair
100 g gula pasir
1/4 sdt pasta pandan
1/4 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Campur semua bahan, aduk rata.
2. Masak di atas api kecil sambil diaduk hingga mengental dan mendidih.
3. Tuang ke dalam loyang, dinginkan.
4. Keluarkan dari loyang, potong-potong, bungkus dengan plastik.
5. Simpan dalam freezer sampai beku.
