Getuk Bangkok


 

 

Bahan:
1 bungkus kecil jelly powder melon
90 ml santan
60 g gula pasir
1/4 sdt garam
250 g singkong parut
1/2 sdt vanili
50 g keju cheddar parut

Cara membuat:
1. Campur jelly powder melon, santan, gula pasir, garam, vanili, dan singkong. Aduk rata.
2. Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang 20x20x7 cm, ratakan.
3. Kukus kurang lebih 20 menit atau hingga matang. Angkat, keluarkan, dinginkan.
4. Potong sesuai selera. Sajikan dengan taburan keju parut.
