Getuk Kentang Keju


 

 

Bahan:
250 g kentang, kukus, kupas, haluskan
30 g gula halus
30 g susu bubuk coklat
garam secukupnya
75 g keju cheddar, parut

Cara membuat:
1. Campur kentang, gula halus, susu bubuk coklat, dan garam selagi kentang hangat. Aduk hingga rata.
2. Ratakan adonan dalam loyang yang telah dialas plastik, dinginkan. Keluarkan dari loyang, potong sesuai selera. Taburi dengan keju parut.
3. Sajikan.
