Opor Tempe Telur Puyuh

Bahan:
10 butir telur puyuh, rebus, kupas
100 g tempe, potong-potong, kukus sebentar
200 ml santan encer
50 ml santan kental
1/2 sdt asam
1 lembar daun salam
1 batang serai, memarkan
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt gula pasir
minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu halus:
2 siung bawang putih
4 butir bawang merah
1 cm jahe
1 cm lengkuas
2 butir kemiri

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, asam, daun salam, dan serai hingga harum.
2. Masukkan tempe dan telur puyuh. Tuang santan encer.
3. Masak hingga santan berkurang setengahnya, tuang santan kental.
4. Tambahkan garam dan gula pasir. Aduk rata.
5. Angkat, sajikan.
