Orak Arik Pelangi


 

Bahan:
25 buah buncis, iris serong tipis
1 buah wortel ukuran sedang, iris bentuk korek api
1 sdt ebi, rendam air panas, cincang kasar
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
3 butir bawang merah, cincang halus
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt merica bubuk
1/4 sdt gula pasir
minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum.
2. Masukkan ebi, wortel, dan buncis. Aduk-aduk hingga sayuran layu.
3. Tambahkan garam, merica bubuk, dan gula pasir. Aduk rata.
4. Masukkan telur, aduk rata.
5. Sajikan.
