Pepes Ayam


 

 

Bahan:
3 lembar daun jeruk, iris halus
2 batang serai, iris halus
300 g daging ayam tanpa tulang, potong dadu
daun pisang secukupnya

Bumbu halus:
4 siung bawang putih
8 butir bawang merah
3 buah cabai rawit merah
6 butir kemiri
1 buah tomat
1/4 sdt kunyit bubuk
1/2 sdt ketumbar
garam  dan gula pasir secukupnya

Cara membuat:
1. Masukkan potongan ayam ke dalam bumbu yang dihaluskan. Aduk rata.
2. Ambil daun pisang secukupnya, letakkan irisan daun jeruk dan serai.
3. Tambahkan ayam yang telah dibumbui, bungkus.
4. Kukus selama 30 menit hingga matang.
5. Angkat dan sajikan.
