Rujak Alpukat


 

 

Bahan:
1 buah alpukat ukuran sedang
50 ml santan encer
1 sdm gula merah sisir
es batu secukupnya

Cara membuat:
1. Keruk buah daging alpukat dengan sendok, masukkan ke dalam gelas saji.
2. Tambahkan gula merah dan santan encer.
3. Sajikan dengan es batu.
