Sate Bumbu


 

Bahan:
150 g daging has dalam, potong-potong
50 ml air
1 sdt gula merah
1 batang serai, memarkan
1 lembar daun jeruk purut
1 cm lengkuas, memarkan
garam secukupnya
minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu halus:
4 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
1 buah cabai merah besar
1/2 sdt terasi bakar
1/2 sdt ketumbar

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk purut, serai, dan lengkuas hingga harum.
2. Masukkan daging. Aduk-aduk.
3. Tuang air, masukkan gula merah.
4. Masak hingga daging matang dan bumbu meresap.
5. Angkat, tusuk-tusuk dengan tusuk sate. Hidangkan.
