Sate Tempe


 

 

Bahan:
200 g tempe, kukus, potong dadu
1 sdm kecap manis
1/4 sdt garam
minyak untuk menumis
50 ml air

Bumbu halus:
2 buah cabai merah keriting
2 siung bawang putih
3 butir bawang merah
1/2 sdt ketumbar
2 cm kencur

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
2. Masukkan tempe, aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan kecap manis, aduk rata.
4. Tuang air. Masukkan garam dan gula pasir.
5. Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan air mengering.
6. Ambil tempe, tusukkan pada tusuk sate, bakar hingga harum.
7. Sajikan dengan sambal kecap.
