Sup Ayam Asam Pedas


 

 

Bahan:
750 ml kaldu ayam
150 g daging ayam matang,suwir-suwir
50 g jamur tiram, iris halus
1 buah wortel ukuran kecil, potong dadu
1 batang seledri, iris tipis
2 buah cabai merah keriting, buang biji, iris tipis
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
1 sdt garam
2 sdm air jeruk nipis
2 sdt minyak wijen

Cara membuat:
1. Didihkan kaldu, masukkan daging ayam, jamur, wortel, seledri, cabai. Biarkan mendidih perlahan sampai wortel matang.
2. Masukkan telur kocok sambil kuah diaduk sehingga telur berbentuk serabut tipis.
3. Menjelang diangkat bubuhkan garam, air jeruk nipis, minyak wijen.
4. Angkat, sajikan hangat.
