Tumis Buncis Ebi


 

 

Bahan:
100 g buncis
50 g ebi, rendam air hangat, cincang kasar
3 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar
2 buah cabai merah, cincang kasar
1/2 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt kecap manis
75 ml air
1/2 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdm minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuat:
1. Tumis bawang putih dan cabai merah sampai harum
2. Masukkan ebi. Tumis sampai harum. Tambahkan buncis. Tumis sampai layu.
3. Masukkan saus tiram dan kecap manis. Aduk rata. Tuang air. Masak sampai meresap. Tambahkan minyak wijen. Aduk rata, sajikan.
