Tumis Kangkung Telur Puyuh

Bahan:
2 ikat kangkung, siangi
10 butir telur puyuh, rebus, kupas
2 butir bawang merah, cincang kasar
1 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar
50 ml air
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt gula pasir
minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum.
2. Masukkan kangkung dan telur puyuh, aduk rata.
3. Tuang air, beri garam dan gula pasir. Masak hingga matang.
4. Angkat, sajikan.
