Tumis Sawi Putih Jagung Manis


 

Bahan:
5 lembar sawi putih, potong-potong
1 buah jagung manis, sisir
1 lembar daun salam
1 cm lengkuas, memarkan
100 ml air
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula pasir
minyak untuk menumis
2 buah cabai merah keriting, iris halus
4 butir bawang merah, iris halus
1/4 sdt merica bubuk

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah, cabai merah keriting, merica bubuk, daun salam, dan lengkuas hingga harum.
2. Masukkan sawi putih dan jagung manis. Aduk hingga layu.
3. Tambahkan air, garam, dan gula pasir. Masak hingga matang.
4. Angkat, sajikan hangat.
