250 g margarin
1 sdt garam
450 g tepung terigu
4 kuning telur
2 sdm air es

Bahan isi:
6 butir telur
150 g gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
500 ml susu cair
200 ml krim kental
1/2 sdt air jeruk lemon
2 sdt kulit jeruk lemon
1 sdm tepung custard

Bahan toping:
100 g kiwi, potong-potong
100 g stroberi, potong-potong
100 g jeruk mandarin

Bahan olesan:
10 g jeli instan
4 sdm gula pasir
500 ml air
